The Magnanimous Leo

Welcome to the magnanimous Leo season!
(The Sun entered Leo on July 22, and the Moon will enter on July 25.)

Leo, like our sun, thrives on big, radiant life energy. They are regal, royal, and loyal.

This month is unique. Normally, the beginning of a lunar month is filled with light, and the energy begins to wane after the Full Moon. But Leo is different. The first half of the lunar month still falls within the “3 Weeks of Narrowness,” so energy may lower and heavier. But after August 3, and we reach the Full Moon on August 9th, the energy shifts into one of love, unity, and oneness.

Leo rules the heart, so passions will run high. And yes, Leos love drama! But drama can be fun and playful when approached consciously. Leos love to play, so if you feel the pull, be playful, be romantic, be loving. Splurge and enjoy what your life has to offer YOLO!

One of the biggest lessons this month is about worth.
True worth does not come from judgment or comparison, not from “I’m better than….” or “I’m worse than….” These are ego-based judgements.

Worth does not come from any external source.
It comes from the choice to know you are worthy and deserving of life’s blessings, without needing proof, comparison, or justification. This is a simple light choice, not based on emotions, thoughts, or feelings, but on choice itself.
